Thanks for stopping by! We're currently transitioning our blog, so be sure to check back for more posts soon.
I have to clarify, that this isn’t exactly an engagement session in Cedarburg…because these lovers have actually been married for 4 years!! Nick and I are so lucky to have kept these two as friends, because they’re such a joyful blessing to everyone they meet.
Jacob actually reached out to me to take some romantic anniversary photos, in their hometown of Cedarburg. He also found a cute field of wildflowers to photograph in, as well!
And gosh, can I just say again how much I love these two?? I had an amazing time visiting one of my favorite couples in one of my favorite cities, then finishing up in a field of my favorite things ever (flowers!)!
So as I mentioned before-the Sheets have been married for 4 years! They took a chance with us at the beginning of our wedding-photographing career, and have cheered us on every step of the way. Where can you buy friends like this?? (You can’t–you gotta be blessed by God to receive them! <3)
We walk through the beautiful town, and find a few gorgeous buildings and romantic vine-y walls. It’s a perfect backdrop for a perfect couple–I mean, it’s not bragging if it’s TRUE, right??
Then, we book it over to the flower field and oh my stars, are they simply picture-perfect.
Jacob tells me on the way back that he and Rosie plan on taking more photos together, and I just can’t help but encourage that! It’s such a gift not only to each other, but also to your future generations!
So cheers to four years for you, Jacob and Rosie! We adore you and your friendship, and wish you endless days of love & romance!
And that does it for our pretty little faux engagement session in Cedarburg, WI!
