Are your ready for a sweet Wisconsin farm engagement session?! This slice of sunshine is a year in the making! We were rained out a few times, and the day finally came to photograph these two darlings!

Zach and his family own a huge dairy farm in Sun Prairie. One day, Nicole applies for a job there. The two meet, and a week later, he asks her out on a date!

When the time comes for Zach to pop the question, it turns out to be everything he hoped for. He makes dinner for the two of them, and they watch a movie together. In the meantime, his mom and sister sneaks into the barn so they can get everything ready for the big moment! After the movie, he goes to the barn, like he always does during lambing season, and calls Nicole for help.

When she comes out, she finds him standing there with a rose and thinks ‘wow, he’s cute!’ He gives her a card with a poem he wrote about their time together over the past 4 years. After, Nicole is in tears, and his mom brings a lamb to him with a diamond ring around its neck. He takes it off, and on one knee, asks Nicole to be his wife. As you can imagine, she said YES! In his words–it is the best night of his life!

And that brings us to this adorable engagement session! First, we start at Riley-Deppe park near their farm, which by the way, is such a cute park! I was THRILLED to see that some of the trees were still blooming! Afterwards, we headed back to Zach & Nicole’s place, where I got to see their field of sheep! Then, we made our last stop at the Statz Dairy Farm, and saw the endless rows of cows!

These two totally rocked it! They are so sweet together, and their session was too much fun!

All in all, we SO excited to celebrate at their wedding this fall! And that does it for our sweet little Wisconsin farm engagement session!
